A vertical lifeline system is a fall protection setup designed to protect workers who are climbing or working at heights, such as on Industrial ladders, towers, Chimney Ladder Lifeline etc. It consists of a secure vertical cable anchored at the top and at the bottom and a sliding fall arrester or rope grab that attaches to the worker’s harness.
As the worker ascends or descends, the device moves with them, locking automatically in the event of a fall to prevent serious injury. This system helps ensure continuous fall protection during vertical movement.
