ORG (Out Rig Girafe) features a universal base that can be directly installed on existing concrete using anchor fasteners, supporting a 6-meter high neck anchor point. The base design evenly distributes static and vibrational loads through a top thick plate to the bottom anchor base for safe load absorption. A rotational base with self-lubricating plates and bearings allows smooth rotation of the entire top structure.A handle with drop-pin locking system enables locking the rotation at the desired position. The tension tube at the top anchor absorbs vibration, balances opposing loads, enhances structural strength, and improves aesthetics.
ORG includes a 2-meter extended cantilever arm with an anchor point for securing personal fall protection during work. ORG provides a quick-fix, rotatable anchorage solution on existing concrete with minimum 6 m height and 2 m cantilever reach, addressing a key industrial safety need.
