System which prevents the rotation of the stretcher in winching phases during helicopter rescue. The system is composed of a cord diameter 4mm with total length of 100 meters (the last 10 meters are made of different colour),contained in a practical bag with flap for locking with the foot. The lanyard is provided with a fuse with automatic release to protect the operator on the ground avoiding dangerous lifting. The anti-rotation lanyard is directly connected to the stretcher to keep free the hands of the rescuer during the winching.
