A Tensioner is an approved device located between the two anchorage points and provides required tension to the safety line so that the sag in the system is mini-mum and within the acceptable limit. The Tensioner device is made of SS-304/316. The tensioner is equipped with a tension indicator signifying the appropriate tension in the line. The tensioner should have a internal stopper to prevent accidental opening of tensioner from the line.
